01Who we are
One company operates the platform and its assistant.
Auctus OS is the product name. Jarvis is the name of the AI assistant inside it. Neither is a separate company. Both are operated by the legal entity on the right, which is also the party you contract with, the controller of any personal information collected on this website, and the publisher of the policies linked in the footer.
Earlier working names for the platform are retired and are not used anywhere in our materials.
02Why we exist
Owners deserve one clear view, not another system to reconcile.
Most people who run more than one thing, a company, a brand, a product line, a second venture, end up managing across a dozen disconnected tools and a great deal of memory. Accounting lives in one place, people in another, the plan in a document, the decisions in a chat thread. The questions that matter most are the hardest to answer: What is happening across my businesses? What still needs to be established? Who is responsible? What is blocked? What needs my decision?
We build the layer that answers those questions. Auctus OS connects business setup, responsibility, tasks, evidence, decisions and management reporting, above the systems you already run, without replacing them.
03How we work
Five commitments that shape every decision.
Lead with the owner’s questions
Every screen starts from what is happening, what is missing, who is responsible, what is blocked and what needs a decision. Features that do not serve one of those questions do not ship.
AI proposes. People confirm.
Jarvis reads the same records you do and prepares work. Nothing changes without a review by an authorised person, under the same permissions that apply to everyone else. A document is evidence, not completion.
Honest labels
Everything we describe is marked Available, Planned or Demo only. Unverified integrations stay Planned. We do not claim certifications, service levels or partnerships we have not signed.
A private day stays private
Personal calendars, to-dos, timeboxes and reminders belong to the individual. Managers receive a Busy-only copy of the time a person chooses to share, and nothing more.
Charge for spaces, not people
The first management space is free and each additional chargeable space is USD $59 per month. Staff participation never carries a seat fee, so bringing in the whole team is never a cost decision.
04Where we are today
Preparing for launch, in the open.
Auctus OS is pre-launch. This website shows the product as it is intended to work at launch, using fictional sample businesses so that every screen is honest about what is real. Early access and Enterprise conversations are open now.
