What is happening across my businesses?

One line per business: status, responsible manager, open work, approvals, setup progress and a small financial summary. Missing information reads Awaiting update or Not connected, never zero. Products roll up into their parent business and are never counted twice.

A new business starts from an idea; an existing one starts from what you already have. In both cases Jarvis proposes areas and setup work, and an authorised person confirms what is really in place.

03Hierarchy

Who is responsible, and for which part?

A company can hold a separately registered child business, a product with its own brand, and related projects. Each management space decides what it runs itself and what it shares with its parent.

A management space is not a legal entity. Creating one does not register a company.
Separate branding does not require another legal entity. A product can own its brand and marketing inside the parent company.
Only management spaces are chargeable. Projects, tasks and staff accounts never are.

04Teams and nested tasks

What is blocked? Who is on it?

Work nests as deep as it needs to. Every level carries its own assignee, date, status and reviewer. Shared teams, like Aisha’s content team, work across businesses without duplicated accounts.

05AI work

What needs my decision?

Jarvis answers from the same records and prepares next actions. Each proposed change names its destination and waits for review under the same permissions as everyone else. Text is Available at launch; voice is Planned. No autonomous control, no perfect-accuracy claim, no unlimited usage.

06Personal planning

Your day stays yours.

Combined calendars, private to-dos, timeboxes and reminders live in your personal workspace. Managers receive only a Busy-only copy of the time you choose to share. Calendar synchronisation and Meet/Teams links are Planned; nothing here connects to a real provider yet.
