These terms govern your use of the Auctus OS marketing website operated by [legal entity name, to confirm]. They do not govern use of the Auctus OS application. When the service launches, self-service customers will accept separate service terms, and dedicated Enterprise deployments will be governed by an Enterprise agreement.
02Preview status of the website
This website describes a product that is being prepared for launch. Content, screenshots and demonstrations show intended behaviour, and features are labelled Available, Planned or Demo only. Nothing on the site is a promise that a particular feature, integration or service level exists or will exist.
- All businesses, people and figures shown are fictional sample data.
- Jarvis transcripts are scripted demonstrations, not live AI responses.
- The enquiry form runs in demo mode until a submission endpoint is configured; it does not send or store anything in the preview.
03Using the website
You may browse the website and use its demonstrations for your own evaluation of Auctus OS. You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, scrape content in bulk, or use the site in a way that breaks the law.
04Intellectual property
The website, its text, design, code and the Auctus OS and Jarvis names are owned by [legal entity name, to confirm] or its licensors. You may not reproduce them beyond what is needed to view the site, unless we agree in writing.

05Pricing information
Pricing shown on the website is indicative of the intended self-service model: the first management space is free and each additional chargeable management space is USD $59.00 per month, with no staff-seat fees. Final prices, taxes and billing rules will be set out in the service terms or order form at the time of purchase. Billing rules for ordinary projects, catalogue items, registration records, AI allowances and storage are not yet final. Dedicated Enterprise pricing is agreed individually.
The pricing calculator produces a base subscription estimate. It is not an invoice, quotation or offer.
06Enquiries and demos
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a demo does not create a contract, reserve pricing or guarantee early access. Any conversation that follows is exploratory until an agreement is signed or service terms are accepted.
07Information, not advice
Content on the website, including the ownership estimate in the product demonstration, is illustrative. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. Creating a management space in Auctus OS does not register a company or create a legal entity.
08Availability and disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
09Liability
