02What this policy covers
This policy covers the public Auctus OS marketing website, including the enquiry form and the product demonstrations shown on it. The Auctus OS application itself, once available, will have its own privacy notice covering business records, personal planning data and Jarvis interactions. Nothing in this website policy describes how the application processes data.
03Information we collect
- Enquiry form. Name, email address, business name and your message. Optionally, the number of businesses you manage and what you are interested in (a demo, early access or Enterprise).
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to keep the site running and secure.
- Nothing from the demos. The product demonstrations use fictional sample data. They do not upload, read or analyse your documents, calendars or accounts.
- No accounts. This website does not create accounts, take payments or collect card details.
In the current preview build the enquiry form runs in demo mode: it validates your input but sends nothing and stores nothing. This section describes the intended behaviour once a submission endpoint exists.
04How we use information
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo, early-access conversation or Enterprise scoping.
- To keep the website available, secure and working correctly.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful, if and when analytics are introduced (see the Cookie notice).
We do not sell personal information and we do not use enquiry details for advertising.
05Legal basis
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you send us and in operating a secure website, or on your consent where we ask for it (for example before any non-essential cookies). 06Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and reply to enquiries: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting, enquiry storage and email delivery). They act on our instructions. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not share enquiry details with other businesses for their own use.
07How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, and then for [retention period, to confirm] before deletion, unless a commercial relationship follows and different terms apply. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.
08Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

09Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and this draft makes no claim to any specific security certification.
10International transfers
